These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website operated by Frame Dev LLC, registered in the state of Texas, United States, and accessible from the official domain framedev.io. By using this website and/or engaging our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms.

The website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, therefore, certain functionalities such as payment processing, user account creation, data storage and forms are managed by Wix and its affiliated companies, who are responsible for the secure treatment of such information. By using this site, you also agree to the Wix Terms of Use.

Frame Dev LLC offers the following services:

• Audiovisual production for photo shoots, videos, music videos, and event coverage such as weddings, quinceañeras, and social celebrations.

• Custom website design and development.

• Sale of digital products: Power Grades, LUTs, and Presets compatible with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Lightroom.

• Sale of physical products via print-on-demand through Printful.

• Access to digital content through monthly or annual subscriptions.

• Recurring content creation services for businesses.

• Specialized services for models, such as creation and updating of physical, digital, and printed Comp Cards.

We offer three subscription models:

a. Talents
A service aimed at models that includes the creation and regular updating of Comp Cards. Physical and digital Comp Cards may include personal information such as social media, phone number, and email, which will not appear in the online version. The online version will only display images, measurements, and work done with Frame Dev LLC.

Minors must have explicit written consent from their legal guardians. Verification will be carried out through a specific form at the time of contracting.

b. Frame for Business
A service aimed at businesses such as stores, restaurants, and brands, which includes the recurring creation of audiovisual content. Conditions, pricing, and deliverables will be defined through a personalized contract.

c. Content Creators
A subscription that allows users to access and download our complete library of digital products, either at no additional cost or with exclusive discounts, depending on the selected plan.

Digital products can also be purchased separately with a one-time payment.

​Physical products such as clothing or notebooks are managed by Printful, a company affiliated with Wix. Shipping policies, returns, delivery times, and warranties are subject to the terms established by Printful. Subscriptions do not affect the price of these products.

Bookings and Payments
The service is structured into three payments:

• Booking deposit: Secures the date and team commitment.

• Second payment: Made 2 days before the event or on the same day.

• Final payment: Made after delivery and client approval of the content.

The client may choose to pay 100% upfront.

b. Services booked with less than 10 days' notice

• The deposit will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The client may reschedule once without penalty, with at least 48 hours' notice.

c. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: 80% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation between 13 and 7 days: 50% refund.

• Cancellation with less than 7 days' notice: no refund.

• Once the second payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

• The client may reschedule the service without penalty if notice is given at least 7 days in advance and subject to availability.

Clients are entitled to two (2) free revisions after content delivery. Starting from the third revision:

• An additional fee will be charged for each extra revision.

• Revisions must be requested within 5 business days after delivery.

• Major changes that alter the original project will be considered a new service.

All content produced by Frame Dev LLC is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or altered without prior authorization. Content generated under contract or subscription may be used by the client within the scope defined in the contracted service.

Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. Confidential user data such as forms, logins, and payment methods are managed directly by Wix.com. By using our site, the user acknowledges and agrees to Wix’s terms and those of its affiliated providers.

Any dispute related to these Terms will be resolved first through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Texas, United States.

Frame Dev LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
