All physical products (e.g., clothing, notebooks, merch) are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful. Orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

1.2. Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 3–7 business days after production

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

1.3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on product type and delivery location.

1.4. Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

1.5. Delays & External Conditions
Delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as customs, weather, or high demand. Frame Dev LLC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

2.1. All physical products are manufactured individually once your order is placed.
2.2. This model minimizes waste and ensures each product is made specifically for you.
2.3. As a result, returns and cancellations may be limited. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

4.1. Digital products like presets, LUTs, Power Grades, and creator tools are delivered instantly.
4.2. Upon successful payment:

• A download link will be sent to your email.

• If you have an active subscription, access is also available in your user account.

4.3. No physical shipment is involved.
