Before contracting any service or purchasing products on this website, it is important that you carefully read our Refund Policy. By making a purchase or subscription through our platform, you expressly accept the terms set forth herein.
Refunds, full or partial, are subject to the specific conditions of each type of product or service offered by Frame Dev LLC. These policies are designed to protect both the interests of our customers and the integrity of our internal production, planning and delivery processes.
Please note that because our platform is hosted by Wix and integrates third-party services such as payment processors and digital distribution tools, some aspects of refund management may be subject to those providers' own policies.
Frame Dev LLC reserves the right to update, modify or supplement these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. We encourage you to review this section periodically.
Audiovisual Services
(Photo shoots, videos, weddings, social events, video clips, etc.)
1.1 Bookings and Deposits:

An initial deposit is required to secure a date on our calendar.
-
This deposit is non-refundable, except in exceptional force majeure cases that are duly justified and evaluated by Frame Dev LLC.

If the client cancels more than 15 days in advance, the deposit may be used as credit for a future session (valid for up to 6 months).
-
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will result in the loss of the deposit.
1.2 Remaining Payments:

The second payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the event or session. Failure to do so may result in the session being canceled and the deposit forfeited.

The third and final payment is made after delivery and client approval of the final content.
-
The client may choose to pay 100% of the service upfront if desired.
1.3 Rescheduling:

One rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Later or last-minute changes may incur an additional fee.
1.4 Full or Partial Refunds:

No full refunds will be issued once the service has been performed, except in the case of technical failures attributable to Frame Dev LLC.

Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional and justified circumstances.
1.5 Revisions:

The client is entitled to two rounds of free revisions of the delivered material.

From the third revision onward, each additional change will incur an extra cost, which will be informed and approved in advance.
2. Digital Products
(LUTs, Presets, Power Grades compatible with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Lightroom)
2.1 Product Nature:

Due to their downloadable and intangible nature, digital products are non-refundable once the purchase is completed or the download has started.
2.2 Exceptions:
-
Refunds will only be considered if the file has proven technical faults that prevent its use and after verification by Frame Dev LLC’s technical team.
3. Subscriptions
(Talents, Frame for Business, Content Creators)
3.1 Subscription Cancellation:

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
-
No full or partial refunds will be issued for payments already made.

The client will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2 Plan Changes:

Clients can change their plan at any time.
-
The new plan will be activated at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.3 Technical Failures or Non-payment:

If access to content is affected by technical issues attributable to Frame Dev LLC, a service extension or compensatory solution will be offered.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Merchandising Products
(T-shirts, notebooks, and other products printed by Printful)
4.1 Third-Party Management:

These products are managed by Printful, a company affiliated with Wix.
-
Any claims regarding quality, print errors, sizing, or delivery will be evaluated under Printful’s policies.
4.2 Returns and Refunds:

Frame Dev LLC does not directly process returns for products managed by Printful.
-
Clients must email info@framedev.io to initiate a claim, and Frame Dev LLC will act as an intermediary to the best of its ability.
4.3 Important:

Subscriptions do not alter or modify the prices or conditions of Printful products.
-
These products are not eligible for subscription-based discounts.
5. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds, whether full or partial, will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the confirmation date.
The time it takes for the amount to be reflected in the client’s account will depend on the payment method and their bank or financial service provider.
